Construction Management - The Wilson Group Inc provides exceptional construction management. Our clients can be assured the project manager will be involved through every phase from pre-design to completion. The Wilson Group team will provide construction schedules to clients/owners and will maintain communication throughout the project closeout. Good construction management provides smooth operation throughout, and manages budgets, schedules, design changes, subcontractors, and key construction personnel.
Pre-Construction Services - We can provide services to developers and owners, prior to construction, by assisting with scheduling, pricing and value engineering in pre-construction service packages..
Government Contracts - The Wilson Group Inc. has the necessary skills, to work with many governmental agencies. We can provide technical proposals, bonded bids, certified payrolls, and all necessary contract documents for smooth accurate construction contracts. We are experienced with Federal, State, Local, and Housing agencies, as well as Dept of Defense.
